BOOKING POLICY
All new clients will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking a service. This deposit will be deducted from the final total of your service(s) at checkout. Additionally, all clients will be required to keep a valid card on file in order to book an appointment.
LATE POLICY
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving on time allows for the service to be completed within the allocated appointment time to prevent rushed/incomplete services, as well as cutting into other client’s scheduled appointments.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will always do my best to accommodate any delays if possible. However, please note that arriving 10 or more minutes late to your service will result in your appointment being cancelled, and your card on file will be charged 50% of the service(s) price.
COVID-19/ILLNESS POLICY
In order to prevent spreading contagious illnesses, I kindly ask that reschedule your appointment if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or any other contagious illnesses, or if you are experiencing any symptoms of other contagious illnesses.
Please note that any appointments that need to be rescheduled past the 48 hour time period will NOT be charged a fee.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), I kindly ask that you notify me with a minimum of 48 hours. This is to ensure that there is enough time for me to get the appointment time filled.
I understand that unexpected events can happen, and I will always make every effort to accommodate any possible last minute notices. However, please note that rescheduling or cancelling your appointment with less than 48 hour notice will result in your card on file being charged 50% of the service(s) price.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, I kindly ask that you let me know ahead of time. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without any prior communication will result in your card on file being charged 95% of the service(s) price.
MINOR POLICY
If you are under the age of 18 at the time of booking your appointment, you will be required to provide a signed consent form from your legal adult guardian.
GUEST POLICY
Without prior arrangements being made with a minimum of 48 hour notice, guests are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
CHILD POLICY
Due to liability and safety reasons, children (including newborns and toddlers) are not allowed at Love Shack Beauty Studio.
Love Shack Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
